First National Bank joins Home Buyer Equity Fund program
First National Bank of Pennsylvania approved by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh to participate in the Home Buyer Equity Fund. The program targets first time buyers at or below 80 percent area median income with a $5,000 maximum. savings are matched 3 to 1 and require counseling, down payment, income criteria, and mortgage financing from a participating bank. First National operates 35 community branches and six insurance offices in northwest Pennsylvania with assets of 1.4 billion.
