David Howard Brandon an 18 year old from Wampum drowned in the Shenango river at Harbor bridge Wednesday night. Rescue squads recovered his body at 12 55 am after searchers had worked over three hours. Brandon had worked at the National Tube plant in Ellwood City and joined three friends at the pool near the bridge before entering the water.
