Homicide suspect's charges held for trial
Takeo Cox 20 faces one homicide and two aggravated assault counts for a shooting on May 2 that killed Victor Ward at Ward's 315 Bell Avenue home. DEP relaxes rule to permit Hilcorp drilling near Dubrasky home
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection allowed Hilcorp Energy to place the 8-H well 25 feet from the Dubrasky property line on Old Pulaski Road, within a 6,900 foot depth, despite the 330 foot buffer. Ivan and Kathy Dubrasky, longtime residents, have opposed leases amid concerns over water, dust, and noise as surveying and work proceed with credentials.
