Fee loyal to governor in vote to override veto
State Rep. Thomas J. Fee of New Castle says he stays loyal to Governor Robert Casey though they disagree. The House, by 166 to 33, overrode Casey’s veto on a death warrant bill setting 60 day signing and 30 day execution dates, sending the measure to the Senate. Fee opposed the override, one of 10 Democrats to back the bill but vote against the veto.
