Mayor Fulkerson's Balloon Ride Excites New Castle Scene
New Castle Mayor Tim Fulkerson joins Balloon Quest pilot Merryman and photographers for a hot air balloon ride at Scotland Meadows Park. The group launched from Merryman's yard as four balloons lifted, providing skyline views of Westminster College and surrounding farms. The mayor called the experience unforgettable as the craft moved at about 3 knots with ground crews following for a safe landing.
