Farm tax relief hearings announced for Pennsylvania lands
State Rep. Donald W. Fox reports a series of public hearings on a proposed Pennsylvania Farmland Assessment Act of 1973. The bill would grant local property tax relief for farmland owners who commit to a 10 year farm use contract with annual renewal and penalties for changing use.
