Man jailed after high speed chase in Croton area
Ronald Edward Carr, 34, of 1310 Albert St., led New Castle police on a high speed pursuit through Croton Avenue and Frew Mill Road at speeds over 100 mph. He was arrested after stopping in an industry lot. 2 grams marijuana, 16.8 grams butter, a glass pipe and grinder were seized. Charged with fleeing eluding, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, drug possession and paraphernalia offenses, driving at unsafe speed, failing to stop at red lights, and related traffic violations. Arraigned and held on $10,000 bond.
