Judge allows firm to topple Gettysburg tower on anniversary

A federal judge ruled the government may seize the 370 foot Gettysburg Civil War tower for Controlled Demolition Inc. to implode in exchange for promotional video rights. The park service estimates saving over 1 million dollars while critics call the plan inappropriate for the battlefield.
