Lonely man leaves fortune to Westside Elementary School
Marshall Moore, 52, a diabetic loner who worked six months as a maintenance man at Westside Elementary in 1971, left a will directing $70,000 to $90,000 from an 80 acre cattle ranch to the school. He earlier sued for back wages but the case was dismissed on a technicality. Smith, a funeral director who knew Moore, said he was unhappy about the lawsuit and described Moore as very lonely.
