Judge seals video of fatal police ambush
A surveillance video from outside a Pennsylvania state police barracks, showing the fatal ambush of Cpl. Bryan Dickson and the wounding of Trooper Alex Douglass, will remain sealed after Pike County Judge Gregory Chelak sided with prosecutors to protect victims, families, and police morale and to avoid inciting violence. The decision was prompted by concerns that public release could jeopardize Frein's right to a fair trial and threaten security.
