FULTON Mo five The A M Duff farm in Callaway County is incorporated under Missouri law for 2 1 2 million to operate as a business venture. The A M Duff Farms Company will raise pure bred cattle mules horses and hogs and hold semiannual sales in a new pavilion. Duff will serve as president and GM with G F Pettyjohn of J L Pettyjohn & Co serving as vice president and board chair. The 5500 acre farm near Mingeolt hills west of Callaway County includes a 25 000 white face bull and modern facilities aided by a locally built rock road to Montgomery City.

ROCHESTER New York June The Antwerp Leather Company which runs three credit jewelry and clothing stores in upstate New York was found guilty in United States District Court here of violating the Lever Act by overcharging for goods. It was fined $18,000. Government counsel said the firm had sold merchandise purchased for $40,440 for $134,148 in the last ten months. Judge Jazed denied a motion for a new trial.
