Man charged in alleged assault near Epworth Church
New Castle police charged Gage Gilmore, 18, of 114 Miller St, with aggravated and simple assault and harassment after a victim said he was attacked in the Epworth Church parking lot. A second suspect remained at large as of that afternoon. The victim, who was with a female friend, reported injuries and that he did not fight back due to probation.
