Neshannock approves WODA Group apartment project
Work begins on a four building 55 and older complex along Eleanor Drive and Mitchell Road near Zone Thialle in Neshannock Township. WODA Group operates in Westerville Ohio and West Virginia. Sanitary sewer plans were approved in July 2005 and a pump station reroute reduced overflow risk.

Police summarize multiple summary offenses in Ware area
Record shows Ware police filing numerous summary offense charges Tuesday across several towns. Suspects include Michael Paul Ram 24 of Wampum charged with disorderly conduct and Douglas Sample 36 of Elwood City cited for a burning ordinance violation. Additional cases involve Scott A. McGrath 58 of New Castle, Gay Grosentt 58, Nesbunny Township incidents, Colleen Smith, and others with varying tobacco and false cheque related charges.

Police in New Castle and North Beaver Township filed charges against several residents. Chad Edward Green of Edinburg faces DUL a misdemeanor and three summary violations. Rachel M Sviesey, 22, and Estica L Wimer, 32, both from New Castle, are charged with criminal menpass and two counts of BUI general. plus one DUM misdemeanor for Wimer. Pennsylvania State Police released charges Monday.
