Penn Power Co. announces retirement and promotion
Raymond E. Good, Penn Power’s stores supervisor, retires after 37 years. Charles H. Norris will succeed him as central storekeeper. Good began in 1936, rising from merchandise storeroom to stores supervisor in 1953, and held Lions, Moose, Elks memberships with a large family. Norris, a New Castle native, started in 1942, served in Korea, and became central store keeper in 1958, residing with his wife Mary at 216 Tulagi Way.
