Trinidad outlines Preeminence 1 apartments in downtown New Castle
Ricky Trinidad representing Metrovitalization testified at a New Castle City Council hearing for a five story mixed use building at 119 E Washington St. The plan includes four ground floor retail spaces and 20 apartments with rents from 900 to 3500 monthly, a rooftop garden, a meeting room, and balconies for every unit. Construction would be largely modular and off site with conditional use approvals required as downtown zoning does not currently permit apartments.
