Kidnapped girl reunited with family after interstate chase
Caroline Thompson, five, was kidnapped Saturday in Daytona Beach. A man, identified as James Keith Tucker, fled in a station wagon with the child and two dogs, pursued at high speed by Florida and Myrtle Beach officers. The suspect was captured near a motel in Myrtle Beach. Caroline was unharmed and reunited with her parents.

Ex-principal pleads to gun charge in Pennsylvania

Nine die as motel blaze tears through Cambridge wing
