Crash driver Navarra charged after leaving scene
State police say they will file charges for leaving the scene of an accident against Amy L. Navarra, 74, of 3026 Mercer Road. Investigators say she pulled from Worthington Ave onto Pa. 18 in Neshamnock Township at 3 10 p m and hit David J. Nulph 19 of 28 Bellaire Ave. Damage totaled 700 dollars with no injuries reported. A witness provided the fleeing vehicle’s license number.
