Phillips probated today distributes 96000 to Christian educational and benevolent works led by a 30000 gift to Oklahoma Christian University conditioned on no funds from John D Rockefeller. Five thousand goes to the Christian Woman's Board of Missions and 5000 to First Christian Church with 500 to two other Christian churches. The wife Pamphila and children Thomas Jr Benjamin and Grace Johnson receive equal shares. Executors named are Pamphila Phillips and Thomas W. Phillips Jr.
