Posses Hunt for Train Bandits
Auto and horseback posses searched the Hewitt area for three masked bandits who robbed passengers of $323 on the San Francisco Coaster of the Southern Pacific near Chatsworth. The crew forced valuables at gunpoint and fled as the train neared Hewitt.
