A Pittsburgh man, Richard Toren, was found guilty by a seven woman five man federal jury in Charleston WV of transporting live sexually explicit Nunseros a.Itterline. He faces up to ten years in prison and a $5,000 fine, with sentencing set for August 29. The case marks the state s first obscenity trial in at least six years.
