Developer closes on Lincoln-Garfield property in West Chester
Pivotal Housing Partners of West Chester has closed on the 1.8 acre former Lincoln-Garfield Elementary site for 250000 dollars. The LG Lofts project aims for a three story, 49569 square foot building with 40 apartments and rents from 300 to 1000 dollars monthly and includes a playground and EV charging stations. Construction starts this fall with move in anticipated by October or November 2026, backed by 1.4 million in tax credits from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency plus 750000 in additional funding.
