Frank Burns was arrested Saturday on vagrancy and nuisance charges and ordered out of the city by the mayor Sunday morning. He had been posing as a street vendor for several days while panhandling, causing public complaints.

Girl 15 Drops Dead at Home in Butler County

Josephine Donovan aged 15 dies at 22 South Beaver Street in the afternoon, after standing in the door calling a friend.
