Gunman kills seven in Fullerton shooting spree
A gunman shot his way through the California State University Fullerton library beginning just before opening, killing seven and wounding others in a five minute fusillade. Edward Charles Allaway, 57, surrendered after police were alerted from a motel. Bonnie Allaway, 72, his estranged wife, worked as a waitress nearby. Fellow workers described him as a loner tormented by the separation.
