College housing fee hike approved for 13 state colleges

Chain collision on Pa. 18 injures no one in three-vehicle crash
State police reported a rear-end crash about half a mile north of the city on Pa. 18 at 9:20 p.m. An 18-year-old driver, John C. Berg, failed to stop and hit Rosemary Rossann’s car, 17, which pushed into Ann DeCaria’s vehicle. All three cars sustained $550 in damage and left the scene.
