Brussels July 11 The will of Capt Alfred Loewenstein Belgian financier who vanished from his plane over the English Channel has been found but the surrogate judge refuses to open it until official confirmation of death is received from French and British authorities. The judge shelved the matter awaiting reports and it was expected to face difficulty locating the estate. Funeral services will be held by his family today in Brussels.
Thomas Goodman, bookkeeper for Dean's Auto Service, testified before Judge Chambers that Nellie M. Dean's will signature is not in her handwriting. He stated he did not believe the disputed writing matched Mrs Deans handwriting and identified a photographic copy of the will for comparison. The testimony followed his qualifications about signature familiarity in the tense probate dispute.

Moscow July 1 Russian ice breaker Krassin located three members of the Italia wreck crew by air after they set out on foot seeking land. The Krassin team worked among ice floes in a rescue effort, while a navigator noted the search area remained hazardous and a direct aboard rescue could be blocked by ice.
Lieut Commander BR. W. and the Chaplain Corps of the U S Navy visit New Castle while en route from Culver Military Academy to Washington D C. Commander Shrum notes the Mayflower and President Coolidge as the first presidency with two chaplains aboard.
