Rose, 40, of 511 Centennial Street, struck Burnell Winter’s car at 1002 East Washington Street. Police log a second two vehicle crash at Park Avenue and North Mercer Street with $2,000 damage. Frank G. Perkins, 47, Beaver Falls, was hit by Gregory Click, 20, Cleveland, as Perkins’ truck traveled south on Mercer and Click’s car moved from Park Avenue. A motorcyclist, George Ratkavich, 23, was treated and released from Jameson Memorial Hospital after a crash on Union Valley Road when William S. Dix’s car pulled out from Savannah Road. Damage estimated at $200 to Ratkavich’s cycle.
