Edmund Parauzynski a 23 year old from Dickson City drowned while motorboating on Lake Wallenpaupack Wayne County. Three other men on the fishing trip were rescued by fishermen and cottagers after the boat swerved to avoid collision and overturned. His body was recovered three hours later with grappling hooks.
