Zigmond Kolas of 109 Sharp Street paid a $25 fine and costs in police court after being charged with being drunk and disorderly. Police reported a car driven into a ditch on Mahoning Avenue at about 7 PM Sunday, delaying traffic while officers removed the vehicle to Lawrence Garage.
