In minutes his group dismantled a fence and moved a frame shed onto the property while a crowd looked on. Pringle Sues Roxberry for Carrying Concealed Weapons
In Alderman Williams court on Wednesday evening Robert Pringle pressed a charge against James Roxberry for carrying concealed weapons and for breach of peace. Roxberry was found guilty and jailed in default of 500 bail for September term appearances after the alderman ruled witnesses and intoxication affected the case. The dispute grows from a previous suit in the same court. Mrs. Roxberry had Pringle arrested on a house charge but was found not guilty.

Remarkable 20-foot fall ends with minor injuries for New Bedford man

He confessed to the theft of $40 from Wilkinson’s desk and described his movements including a trip to Cascade Park and the time spent at the Wilkinson home, with authorities verifying alibis and tracing funds. Anderson, about 20, previously at Morganza reform school, admitted his role after questioning, with part of the $40 traced to a bank and other items spent on clothing. He is believed connected to prior offenses and faces further charges.
