Dr Charles R Foster president of Indiana State Teachers College addressed 119 seniors at the Senior High school's 54th commence ment in the Ben Franklin auditorium. He urged action to complement knowledge and character as the foundation for success. The program drew about 1 200 attendees. The class opened with the high school orchestra and featured Jack Stevenson on the opening speech about Soviet Russia and its five year plan.
