Harrisburg report says Governor George H. Earle signed the first bill of the 1382nd session, an emergency unemployment relief appropriation of 4.8 million dollars for February and part of March. About 4.8 million would be transferred from the motor license fund leaving 500 thousand in the relief till for a total of 5.3 million for the next four to six weeks.
