Habeas corpus proceedings for the release of Donnie Schroeder the four and a half year old son of Irene Schroeder will be dropped. Congressman Ben Rosenbloom said the family wishes prompted the action and Lawrence county authorities would not object to keeping the boy with his mother. Different attorneys have been discussed with Benwood funds aiding Irene Schroeder’s defense. Little Donnie Sees Crowd as Mother Rushes to Jail
