Kenneth E. Fox of 806 Beechwood Blvd. Ellwood City died at 2:30 p.m. after a brief illness. He helped develop major Ellwood City subdivisions and co founded Ellwood City Industrial Corp. He was born February 23 1897 in Wurtemburg and attended Tri State College and Geneva College. He worked as industrial appraiser and real estate manager for Pittsburgh Corp and was married in 1927 to Frances Adams.
