The 30 000 square foot, two story structure will host up to 12 tenants with 60 percent offices, 40 percent retail, mall like interior, central concourse, drive through, handicapped first floor access, elevator, balconies for second floor spaces, and front and rear parking. First tenants buy in with space and decor options, meeting township zoning. Estimated cost 1.5 to 1.8 million, six to eight month completion after groundbreaking, with construction hoped to start this year.
