Westminster College in New Castle was awarded a $20,000 Hunger Free Campus grant from former Gov. Tom Wolf's administration. The grant funds a partnership with Temple University’s Hope Center and supports a campus-wide basic needs assessment as part of the Hunger Free Campus Initiative.
