In Reading Pennsylvania on January 16 Charles Liebermann a Wilmington Delaware business man testified in a $10,000 breach of promise suit filed by Miss Frieda Wismann a 25 year old store girl from Penn Street. He said he would marry but cited a new eugenic state law disqualifying him due to disability. The romance reportedly began in Atlantic City in August 1913 with an engagement following a month later.
