Theodore Witbeck, 12, son of Mrs. Ella Witbeck of Hamilton Street, awoke shortly after 3 PM Sunday and is on the road to recovery after a fall near Grace M. E. Sabbath school. He was unconscious for about five hours, treated by Drs Evans and Williams, with a large bruise on the head but no skull fracture detected.
George M. Thompson, dispatcher and assistant train master for the Baltimore and Ohio, died Sunday in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he and his wife and three children had traveled for his health. Born October 14, 1867 in Greenwich, Ohio, he was 43 and had worked for B&O since 1883. He leaves a wife, five children, his mother Mrs. Susan Thompson, and many railroad colleagues.
Governor-elect John K Tener of Pennsylvania invites Chicago Cubs President Charles W Murphy to attend his inauguration in Harrisburg. Murphy may not attend due to an injured arm and Cubs spring training duties.

State organization loyalty shown by Hanley Finley Durban and others but Hanley and others reportedly still backing the governor.
Merritt Clark Roscoe Shaffer and Charles McAleer are in custody at the police station likely to be sent to juvenile court. They admit involvement in two recent burglaries Waldron's tobacco store on Washington street and Cotton Billiter's shop in the First ward were broken into with goods stolen.
