North Hill family fled their home Saturday when flames broke out on an upper floor. New Castle firefighters responded to 122 E. Englewood Ave. at 12 01 p m and remained on scene until 1 27 p m. Smoke billowed from the roof as investigators noted the fire likely began in a bathroom exhaust fan.
