Man faces morals charge against 16 year old girl
William Ernest Corbin, 18, of 1161 N Liberty St, was arrested by state police in New Castle on a charge of corrupting the morals of a 16 year old girl. He did not enter a plea at arraignment and is jailed on a 1000 dollar cash bond. A hearing date will be set. The Beaver Pa girl, who ran away, was with him and is to be handed to Beaver police for transfer to Allencrest Juvenile Home in Beaver County.
