FTC moves to curb gas station prize games nationwide

Hanoi warns Nixon issues unchanged in Vietnam talks

North Vietnam said the nomination of Henry Cabot Lodge to head the U S delegation will not alter Vietnam negotiations. Spokesman Nguyen Thanh Le demanded Washington end its aggression and vowed total victory by 34 million Vietnamese. Lodge is seen as likely friendlier to South Vietnam leaders, including Nguyen Cao Ky.
