Four CYS workers retire amid agency upheaval in Lawrence County
Four of five Lawrence County Children and Youth Services employees placed on administrative leave last month have opted to retire effective December 31. Director William Betz and assistant director Frank Merlino, plus supervisors Marcia Earl and Lisa Matteo DeCarbo, accepted early retirement with health coverage through April.
