A Democrat with lifelong residence in Washington township, he is survived by two sons William and Oswell and a daughter Sarah Blair, with many county friends noting his high character. In divorce news Emma M Tidball was granted a divorce from ex mail carrier Charles G Tidball on desertion grounds. they married in 1898 and separated in 1909.
