Former board member enters ARD program in Warren
Lawrence County Common Pleas Judge J Gragg Cox approved Peer Yerage, a former New Castle school board member, to enter the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. Yerage must pay prosecution and supervision costs, serve 12 months probation, undergo drug and alcohol evaluation, and pay $190 for substance abuse education.
