The 10th annual Lawrence County Women’s Conference shifts from north to south and will be held at Shake speare’s in Ellwood City from 8 a.m. to 2 30 p.m. Saturday March 11. Chairwomen Drew McDowell of First Commonwealth Bank and Gayle Young, United Way executive director, lead an effort to empower women with tools and resources to engage in the community through networking mentoring and connection.
