Landmark liability case heads to re trial in Vermont
A re trial in Bennington Superior Court will re examine damages in the landmark negligent entrustment case involving Luella Wilson. The Vermont Supreme Court ordered the retrial to determine if Wilson or other parties should bear all or part of the liability for a 1984 car crash that left a passenger paralyzed and Wilson facing a 950000 judgment.

Ashland oil spill claims settled in $30.1 million deal
