Two economics professors told the House Labor and Industry Committee that Gov. Wolf s plan to raise Pennsylvania s minimum wage to 12 per hour by July 1 could hurt low wage workers. They cited Duquesne University where a $15 wage replaced parking attendants with swipe card access, benefiting some while displacing others.

Attorney General sues to keep UPMC Highmark deal alive
