Ellwood City police say John Joseph Petro 26 of Wampum Road 2 was bound over on aggravated assault recklessly endangering others resisting arrest disorderly conduct and drunk driving after allegedly ramming the borough police cruiser and attempting to strike two officers during a Jan. 20 chase into Wayne Township.
