John McCormick reported brief outages starting about 5:50 a.m. with longer downtime by 6:50 a.m. He and others sought breakfast elsewhere as areas including Ryder's Restaurant and nearby Neshannock Township were affected. Residents remained warm with wood stoves after returning home.
