J D Thompson Dies In Pasadena
L N Crawford of North Jefferson street received a telegram Saturday announcing the death of his brother in law James DeLoss Thompson at his home in Pasadena California last night. The deceased a former resident of New Castle was about 58 or 60 and was well known here. He married Maggie Crawford of this city whose death occurred about three years ago. The remains are to be brought to this city for interment with funeral services to be announced later.

20000 Men Given Advance in Steel Industry

Sanitary Sewers to Be Constructed in Local Streets

He was born July 29 1838 on the farm where he died and was 74 years 6 months 8 days old. He leaves nine grandchildren and a brother W S Pattison and a sister Mrs Mary Boggs. Funeral Tuesday at 10 o clock at the residence.

Keliher Names Men Behind Bank Loot in Boston Case
William J. Keliher identifies four Boston men as holding the bulk of the loot from the Cambridge National City Bank heist. He says Martin Walsh took 150000 dollars, a New York police lieutenant earned 200 dollars for 15 minutes guarding staged games, and planned to flee to Australia with Coleman. Keliher claims the officer later became a prosperous New York merchant after taking at least 50000 dollars from the loot.
