Milne disappeared from New York and was found bound gagged and drugged in a Doylestown Pennsylvania ditch. A Chester hotel clerk identified Milne from a guest photo last Tuesday night.

Anthony Carrigan, formerly a county jail trusted worker, was recaptured in Covington Kentucky. He had fled last July while employed around the jail, using the alias Emmett Snyder.
